Revised Annotation2-2-Do human really have right to decide the life and death of stray dogs? The inequity between human and authority decides stray dogs’ death

  Revision: I try to explain the power structure and its inequality more clear by using a way which relate the reason and the result. I try to focus more on the change of doom of dogs’ and human‘s influence on them. Make the connection between imbalanced power and life more strong.
 The treatment to stray dogs in our society, it changes not simply because of the thoughts of individuals. On the contrary, it will be more complicated problem due to the structure of human society. The structure of human society nowadays changed a lot from the beginning. With more needs appear, the society becomes more complicated, and the gap between the poor and the rich get bigger and bigger. It not only has impact on our human beings, but also influences the solutions we use when the events about stray dogs happen. This video showed a part of this tremendous problem, however there is even bigger part that we do not see. The inequity do exists between human beings and stray dogs, and we already see this with so many dogs being abandoned and killed. In the mean time, there are still many dogs keep being breed to fulfill the need of people who want to have dogs with so-called noble filiations. On the other hand, people often ignore that the imbalanced structure in human society also has big influences on the inequity between dogs and human which already be there.
  We can think about pyramid-like structure in this film. Students have higher power than dogs, so they can take them in and think way to give them a place which can provide more comfortable life. The origin result will be that chance for dogs to survive will be bigger than the occasion they former be in. However, when authority, school in this case involves in, things become different and the focus of the problem change from dogs to the punishment which students had. The reason of causing this end is because who has more power to control (school) changes what the former controller (student)’s decision. We have to turn back to the beginning problem to reconsider the new difficulties so that we can take care of the both sides.
  The way which authority deals the problems should be more reasonable, no matter on their stands or the measure they takes. Being as a symbol of authority, you have to think on the stand of people who managed by you, and you should be reliable to them. These are two most important things. If you determine to carry the dog away and punish the students, you cannot later say that you are dealing with the problem of dogs. Actually, you do not think for the dog, but just to escape from blame which comes from throng. If you really want to deal with dogs’ problem, let them die with euthanasia is not a thoughtful conduct because you just want to take their lives away. Dogs cannot be taken or fed in the classroom, but you can a place for them. You can also use the devotion which students are willing to show to. Organize the students who want to do something for dogs, range their time to make a schedule to take care of them. When it comes to holidays, hire someone to take care of them. The measure will cost money. However, if you really want to respect their living dignity, there are many ways besides simply making them die or punishing students. It all depends.
